We stayed at Arjau for our first couple nights in Santa Teresa. It is such a beautifully done boutique hotel and the owner and service was outstanding. He had breakfast made for us each morning, offered to make us a lobster paella for dinner and had our room cleaned perfectly each time we came back from an outing. Beautiful owner and beautiful place to stay!

There are no words to describe Lapazul. It is the most stunning location. The staff and facilities are the best.

Great restaurant…helpful staff. Nice, relaxed atmosphere! Communal spots, pool, restaurant, and bar area are excellent hub spots!

We stayed in a regular room for the first 2 nights, very clean but lighting in the room could have been better and the bed was a little hard. The view was amazing from the balcony. This is a beautiful property. Our villa was located on the beach and we got to see the most gorgeous sunset. Right in the front was the pool. The property is well kept, all the staff were friendly and helpful and the villa was very comfortable. Eveything about our stay was excellent. We also dined at the restaurant a lot and the food was delicious. I highly recommend coming here for a relaxing stay.

Everything was wonderful. The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. The staff was great. Extremely attentive and friendly. It was our 56th wedding anniversary and they sent a nice chachuterie board to our room. Every evening the maid came by with a sweet treat for each room. The property is very nice and right on the bay. Very relaxing atmosphere . I would definitely consider returning to the Amaka Lodge

Great property to stay at. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

The cabin was very private and surrounded by trees and garden. The porch wrapped around the front of the cabin so there was always a place in the sun to sit. The inside of the cabin was very spacious with lots of windows. The nights were cool and great for sleeping and there was a fireplace in the room that was nice at night. Have to highlight the three managers we had the pleasure to work with - Glenn, Melanie and Marielas. They all provided excellent customer service, were professional and courteous, and went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable.

This is got to be one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed in, and I have traveled all over the world staying in some very nice boutique hotels in: Amsterdam, France, Bali, North Wales, Portugal, Venice and Spain. I find that most boutique hotels are good at one thing and not other things, where Hotel Plaza Yara truly seems to deliver in all areas. The staff are amazing, and truly define the word hospitality, going out of their way to make sure you are happy with every detail....
